前二天，Houston是華氏105度的高温
相當於攝氏40.5度左右
真的是很熱....
於是..有個還算時間多的朋友
做了下面的這個實驗
利用太陽...把擺在車上的蛋給煮熟

首先,把蛋打在碗裡

看到囉..是個生蛋

再來,把碗擺在車上

慢慢的，一顆生蛋開始產生了變化

看了沒，蛋白的部分幾乎已經熟了

約過20分鐘後

利用大自然高温煮熟的荷包蛋
熱騰騰的上桌了..


不可思議吧...

    its really hot in houston, today is 108F outside(according to my friend picture)...if i stay outside for a day, I probably be overcooked...
